Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 15, 2025

 

At Nira Jewelry, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including packaging and tags.

  • Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt) is required.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at customerservice@nirajewelrykh.com with your order number, the reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and return it to the address provided.

 

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item sent).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
